How to make Nuggets

If you need small round enamel nuggets, this is how you can make them.

Prepare a kiln shelf with kiln primer. When thoroughly dry, put small dots of enamel on the prepared kiln shelf and fire at the ‘normal’ temperature and time. You will find that the dots of enamel powder will contract to form nuggets. If they are to be used on a pre-fired surface, you will have to glue them with klyrfire or another adhesive. If you wish to use them on a surface of dusted-on enamel, you can just put them in place and fire them.
